Beach Weddings or destination weddings with receptions, are extremely popular and very affordable, compared to traditional wedding packages. We will break down this topic in a good, better, best way so that you can plan your budget accordingly for various weddings of attendees from 30-100 people. There are so many variables and options that can be added and changed. But based on our experience, here are some ranges for you. Of course, venue and vendor availability are always important considerations in price. These are rough estimate guidelines, of course for 2017 only! All estimates are subject to change. These guidelines assume a weekend wedding on Saturday in New Smyrna Beach and/or Ponce Inlet, Florida.

30-40 Guests

GOOD – For the budget conscious bride & groom, you can have a nice beach wedding with an arch, chairs, decorations, basic photography, and officiant. Add a reception in a “close to beach” reception hall, finger food or italian buffet type meal, simple cake, setup/cleanup labor, and BYO alcohol. Total non-binding rough estimate of $2,700 plus taxes, tips.

BETTER – For a nicer setup, you can have a great beach wedding with an upgraded arch, chairs, decorations, basic photography, ceremony music, aisleway decor and officiant. Add a reception in a “on the beach” reception hall, catered buffet type meal, cake, setup/cleanup labor, and venue provided wine/beer. Total non-binding rough estimate of $3,750 plus taxes, tips.

BEST – For a higher end setup, you can have a great beach wedding with the four post arch, chairs, decorations, deluxe photography, ceremony music, sand ceremony, aisleway decor and officiant. Add a reception in a “on the beach” reception hall, better catered, buffet type meal, cake, setup/cleanup labor, and venue provided wine/beer. 41-60 Guests

SAVE MONEY

Saturdays are premium days for venues, lodging, caterers, etc. Consider Sunday weddings if it must be on a weekend day, but also consider Monday through Thursday weddings for the lowest cost options and savings. And also consider winter months weddings!
