Paradise Beach Weddings offers week of – day of wedding coordination, which means we will work with all of the pre-planning and vendors selected the day of the event. If we are hired as day of wedding coordinator only, we have not referred or helped you select vendors, so ultimately we are not responsible for them, just there to help you have the best wedding day possible!
Day of /Week of Coordinator – $1,000
- Call all vendors 1-2 weeks from wedding to verify services
- Help create and coordinating the reception timeline
- Meeting vendors and deliveries, and handling any no-shows
- Onsite up to 10 hours day of
- Solving other last-minute emergencies (emergency kit!)
- Coordinating the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces
- Making sure that the wedding party is on time (monitor hair & makeup) and in the right places
- Distributing flowers to wedding party
- Dealing with wedding crashers and unruly guests
- Making sure the marriage license is handled and delivered to the officiant who will sign & file
- Ensuring that the space is left clean and that you’ll get your deposits back
- Collecting personal items wedding gifts and making sure they get back to you safely
- Managing pickup of rentals and borrowed items
Ala Carte Extra Service
- Manage Rehearsal – $150.00
- Extra hours of day of coordinator time $100/hour
