Payment to Paradise Beach Weddings may be in a check received at least two weeks prior to your ceremony or Credit Card through Paypal at least 7 days prior to your ceremony. ALL WEDDINGS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SET-UP BEGINS.

A $50 non-refundable save-the-date fee confirms and holds your date and must be received at time of scheduling. Your save-the-date fee also will be applied to any package or ala carte purchase. CONFIRM WITH US THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SAVE-THE-DATE FEE! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!
We use the finest silk flowers in our arrangements, and in case of rain or high winds, we will move your arch to your reception site within a 30 mile radius. You may also reschedule providing the new date is not reserved.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COUPLE TO HAVE A "BACK-UP" LOCATION IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER-Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. We will make every effort to have
the ceremony on the beach. If we can wait out a storm for a short period of
time, we will. But if we can't, we will try and move the wedding to your
reception venue (*additional travel fee may apply if your site is outside of New Smyrna Beach - *some decorations may not be able to be used at the alternate
ceremony site). We are not responsible for finding you an alternative
site. Some parts, or all of our set-ups might not be able to be installed
during inclement weather. If there is a Hurricane Warning, we would be happy to
reschedule the ceremony for another day (based on availability).
Late
Start: Paradise Beach Weddings have agreed to provide services to you at the specified time. Your guests also should expect that the wedding will start on time. Therefore, a late fee will necessarily be charged for any wedding that does not start within 30 minutes of the specified time. Over thirty minutes late will be assessed a $50 fee; 45 minutes or later $75, and any wedding that has not begun within 1 hour after the scheduled time may be cancelled and disassembled with no refund, at Paradise Beach Wedding's discretion. YOUR LICENSE WILL NOT BE SIGNED UNTIL FEES ARE PAID. AFTER 3 DAYS OF NON-PAYMENT, YOUR UN-SIGNED LICENSE WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE.
Your set-up is for an hour after your scheduled start time, this allows for your photographer to take pictures of you with your set-up. We strongly suggest at the end of your ceremony to do this.
Our prices are applicable to ceremonies in New Smyrna Beach,
Florida. A slight travel fee may apply in outlying areas.
REFUNDS: We will refund 30 days or greater from your wedding date, all payments EXCEPT Your $50 save-the-date fee and any special order items as noted on our website.
